With Coception, our pricing is transparent and hassle-free. You'll receive one monthly invoice with no hidden fees or surprises. The pricing consists of three components:

Employee Direct Costs: This covers salaries and associated benefits, with no markup. Each staff member's salary depends on qualifications and experience, determined at the time of hiring.

Coception Fee: A fixed price that includes all operational costs like HR, payroll, office support, facilities, electricity, internet, security, shared meeting rooms, IT support, infrastructure, and disaster recovery.

Managed Hardware Fee: We offer a flexible hardware model. You can choose the ideal equipment for your team without upfront costs. We handle purchasing, installation, security, upgrades, and full hardware support throughout your contract, ensuring rapid repair or replacement when needed.
